Vcb Rules & Regulation --- Please Read

RULES & REGULATION ARE STATED CLEARLY HERE. PLEASE OPERATE AND MANAGE BY THIS CODE. VIOLATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

01) We only welcome members with a clear and clean purpose. Any members with bad intention will be given a banned status. This ban will not be removed.

02) We DO NOT host politic or religous debate in this forum so any posts related to this topic will be removed from any forums.

03) Post contains pornography, fault language or profanity will be removed from forums. Members who post those will be banned from this site.

04) Links that advertise other website will definatly be removed and members who post those links will be warned (2 times) and if continue to do so will result a banned status.

05) Admins and/or mods will have the right to delete any posts contain in all the steps. You have the right to post what you want but we have the right to ban any unapproriate material.

06) Any complaints about any MOD/ADMIN' actions need to be sent using PM or email directly TTKH, unappropriate post about MOD/ADMIN in forums will be removed.

07) IRC Admin have all the right and will do whatever it takes to keep the channel calm from bots and clones. If you flood the channel, you will get kick, if you clone the server you will get banned.

08) Since the past incident, we do not appreciate members with more than one nick. If you must have it, please limit the number of clones nick down to two and identify yourself so we don't mis understand each other and potential leads to problem like we are facing right now. Members who create clones nick to start a problem will get banned.

09) VIETCYBER does not assiciate with any illegal activities.

10) VIETCYBER assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to members account and to store email messages.

11) Account will be terminated at anytime if violated the following terms and conditions.

12) All MOD/ADMIN should put everything behind and follow the guideline once dealing with VCB issues. Please do not mix personal feelings with VCB issues. If you can't seperate those two, I would suggest you resign temporarily untill your problem is resolved.

13) Please keep your account to yourself and change your password regularly. DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OTHERS. We are asking you to do this because we want to track down bad guys.

14) VCB's Mod/Admin can't be mod of other website. Violate this rule will have acess remove. We are not trying to stop you from helping other peoples but because this reflect "conflict of interest" so we have to apply this rule.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1) ADMIN (Admin overlook the whole site so if there is a problem within a forum that can't be resolved, please direct the problem to one of the admin listed above to get the problem resolved. If you can't get the problem resolved at the level, please PM ttkh for more support.

2) SUPER MOD (Act like admin but with limited access and without Control Panel access. Have just alittle more maintaince access over MOD)

3) MOD (Mods over look the particular forum they are in. Mod have all the power in that forum which include (edit, post, remove) any threads or posts from that particular forum.

4) IRC ADMIN (Irc admin is totally different, these are the people who control the chatroom (kick, ban). If you have a problem and can't resolve it at the chatroom level, please PM me to get more support. MOD/ADMIN in forums do not have anything to do with IRC ADMIN.

MOD/SUPER MOD/IRC ADMIN, I do hope that we all can get along and work together to make this site one of the best and organize site on the net. I do need your cooperation to make it better. When face a problem like we have in the past, please use your heart (forgive and forget) and compassion to resolve the problems. Analyze the situation and do not let your emotions take control over you. Step back and try to understand each others and see where they are comming from. Once we are all at that level, I don't think we will have any more problem. I pray for the best to come. LONG LIVE VCB !!!!!
