hehee..one more question
I have a camry 87, and yet i am not a used car dealer :D it leaks engine oil like mad. Like each two weeks, i have to fill in about 1 quarter of engine oil.
Brought it to a mechanic couple times, and they said it will be expensive to fix it.
Leak stoppage fluid again?
Thanks again, car experts :)
It almost equal money of your car because they have to change the gasket and other stuff. Older car with alot of miles will happen the same thing :)

1. keep driving like that way....fill oil in every two weeks .....
2. fix it, it's may cost over $1,000.00 or more...fixing cost same price for a better car, think about it....it's your money...
3. junk yard

Ok, it's expensive to fix? ... but did they tell U exactly what the problem is?
Oil leak in '87 Camry can be from easy to hard:
1) valve cover gasket -> $20 problem ... go to Autozone, buy one, open 3 nuts to replace it.
2) oil pan gasket -> $20 problem ... require little more labor to take the oil pan out (so many screws)
3) front seal/cam gasket -> major problem but can be done easily with timing belt change. (total cost is about $400).
I'm not sure where $1000 comes from?
$500 tip? :D
